What’s Baby Eating? | Sweet Potatoes

Daniel LOVES sweet potatoes, they were one of the first food we introduced to he & just like his Daddy, they are one of his favorite veggies. He would eat them all day everyday if he could so it is very lucky that they frequently show up at our Farmers Market 2 for a $1. It is so easy to make sweet potatoes for Baby food. Here is my very simple recipe.

Sweet Potato

1 large sweet potato

Roast your sweet potato at 350 until soft 60-90 minutes depending on the size. Slip the flesh out of the peel and reserve peel for making broth. Feed sweet potato through your food mill twice or blend in food processor or blender until smooth. Freeze in feeding pouches or in one ounce ice cubes.

See EASY! And it makes Baby so happy!

Sweet Potatoes are YUMMY!
